Housing EI Survey

In 2019, BHCC Housing conducted,

A Housing Environment Improvement Survey.

Tenants were invited to submit Their Concerns,

for where They live, in An Online Form.

This is An Edited True Summary,

of my Online Form Submission,

knowing The Condition of Stanmer Heights,

I was in Considerable Distress:

11.30 pm – 11.58 pm Wednesday 31 July 2019.

Dear Brighton and Hove City Council,

You, Brighton and Hove City Council, The Council,

are The Named Registered Social Landlord, The Landlord,

for Stanmer Heights, Hollingbury, Brighton.

Stanmer Heights,

The 14 Houses of Homes,

and The Whole Architectural Environment,

and The Whole Natural Environment,

within Stammer Heights, Boundaries in Law,

is The Property of The Landlord.

One Reason that People,

choose to be Landlord’s Tenants,

is to be spared The Responsibility,

of Home Ownership.

The Responsibility,

for The Ownership of The Property,

of Stanmer Heights,

rests with The Landlord, The Council.

Stanmer Heights, stands,

having fallen into Chronic Extensive Outdoors Disrepairs,

for more than 20 Months.

The 174 Homes and Families of Stanmer Heights,

pay, £2+ Million Pounds in Rent,

Every Three Years, for living There.

This means, that The Landlord, The Council,

with All Your Contractors, including Mears,

need to take Full Direct Responsibility,

for The Duty of Knowledge,

and The Duty of Care,

for The Whole Outdoors Condition,

of The Whole of Stanmer Heights.

Please can The Landlord, The Council,

now do This for Stanmer Heights, please.

I have compiled This Website:

stanmerheights.wordpress.com

With Webpages, that illustrate,

The Outdoors Disrepairs of Stanmer Heights,

including Roof Tile Repairs Needs.

(1) Please can You work with All Your Contractors,

to ensure that All The Roof Tile Repair Needs,

are properly attended to, please.

(2) Please can You work with All Your Contractors,

to ensure that All The Outdoors Repairs Needs,

of The Whole of Stanmer Heights,

are properly attended to, please.
