The Rain Gutter Down Pipe, at The Back of The Gathering Place,
has become dislocated.

The Outdoors Gas Meter Cabinets
The Gathering Place is A Community Centre,
and It is meant to be A Nice Place, for People to visit.
This is The Current Condition of The Gas Meter Cabinets,
in Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP).
The Doors have been falling off, since January 2018, 21 Months.
These Cabinets have been There, for more than 20 Years.
The GRP has undergone The Long Time Process,
of Natural Architectural Decay.
The Cabinets need to be replaced, with New Repair Units, please.
provide (Door and Frame) Meter Box Repair Units,
which will cover The Existing Meter Box,
so that A Meter Box can be repaired,
without disconnecting The Original Gas Meter.
