Context
From about January 2018,
by being Observant,
when out Litter Picking and Street Cleaning,
in Stanmer Heights,
I had began to discover that Stanmer Heights,
was falling into Outdoors Disrepairs.
I had tried and tried to report Outdoors Repairs Needs,
to BHCC Housing and to Mears,
but There were more Outdoors Repairs Needs,
than I could manage.
I needed The Landlord, BHCC Housing, to learn,
that Stanmer Heights needed to be cared for,
and I needed Someone to see Stanmer Heights,
with me, on Walk-Abouts,
but No One in BHCC Housing would believe me.
So, sadly, I had to give up.
In January 2019, I prepared A Question,
for The BHCC Housing Committee Meeting,
of Wednesday 16 January 2019,
to ask The Housing Committee,
to please create A Care Plan for Stanmer Heights.
The Answer at The Committee Meeting was Favourable.
This is An Easy to Remember Tinyurl Link,
to The BHCC Housing Committee Meeting,
on Wednesday 16 January 2019,
that was recorded Live at That Time,
with me, present,
asking my Question for The Housing Committee:

At that Time, in January 2019,
Six Months Ago,
I was already aware,
that 95% of The Outdoors Disrepairs,
Recorded in This Photography Walk-About,
for Stanmer Heights,
were Already Present, and Already Chronic.
Sadly, my Request for A Care Plan,
was then closed, by BHCC Housing, on 2 April 2019.
Currently, There are:
Some 14 Chronic Holes in The Roofs of Stanmer Heights
Some 8 New Holes in The Roofs of Stanmer Heights
